8WC - Day 1 & 2

Day 1

Monday (4/2/2013)

Wake up (6am) - 1 Liter plain water
Breakfast (7am) - 2 bijik telor 1/2 masak + 500ml plain water

Mid Break (10.30am) - Plain Yogurt Nestle ( yg keciknyer) + 500ml plain water

Lunch (1pm) - Chicken stim (bahagian dada) + 500ml plain water

Mid Break (4.30pm) - Skim milk (300ml) + 500ml plain water

Dinner (8pm) - Chicken Grill + 500ml Plain Water

*** Benchmark today... 

Conclusion for day 1 :

Xder laaa lapar sgt.. mayb sbb da biaser mkn kuantiti cmni kan... bak kate artis2 Hollywood, Bollywood dan seangkatan...BEAUTY is Pain!!!


Day 2
